Biography
Dr. Nusen Beer received his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. He did his internal medicine residency in State University of New York Medical Center. Syracuse. N.Y. He received his subspecialty fellowship in cardiology in The New York Hospital Medical Center, Cornell University New York. N.Y. He has more than 45 years of diverse experience which include internal medicine, cardiology and heart failure. In his native country Venezuela he has been head of the Department of cardiology in Hospital General del Oeste affiliated to the Central University of Venezuela and Founder and Director of Cardiovascular Foundation of the Venezuelan Parliament . In Miami Florida he was appointed as Chief of Heart Failure/Pre- transplant Program at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial hospital in 1995.
